Less than 14 days before departure: No refund; full safari cost is forfeited.

Eagle Soul Adventure is not liable for denied entry, border delays, or missed safari activities resulting from incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.
This safari involves long drives, early departures, walking safaris, canoe activities (where applicable), and varying terrain conditions. Guests must ensure they are in suitable physical condition for travel. Any pre-existing medical conditions should be disclosed prior to travel.
