89–60 days before departure:
50% of the total safari cost refundable.
59–30 days before departure:
25% of the total safari cost refundable.
29–15 days before departure:
10% of the total safari cost refundable.
Less than 14 days before departure:
No refund; full safari cost is forfeited.
Gorilla trekking permits issued by the Rwanda Development Board (RDB) are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable once secured.
Permit costs are included in the safari price and will be deducted from any refundable amount in the event of cancellation.
Access fees to premium conservancies, Masai Mara park entry fees, and seasonal migration-related costs are subject to strict regulations and are non-refundable once booked and confirmed.
River crossing experiences are seasonal and dependent on wildlife movement; therefore, refunds will not be issued based on migration patterns or wildlife sightings.
All domestic flights, charter services, lodge bookings, and third-party suppliers included in the itinerary are subject to their individual cancellation policies.
