Gorilla and chimpanzee trekking permits are issued by the Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) and are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed. These permits form a significant portion of the safari cost and will be deducted from any applicable refund in the event of cancellation.
All domestic flights, charter services, and third-party arrangements included in your itinerary are subject to their respective providers’ cancellation policies. Any refunds related to these services will depend entirely on the terms set by the individual suppliers.
In the rare event of circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, political instability, government travel restrictions, epidemics, or extreme weather conditions .Eagle Soul Adventure reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or reroute the safari to ensure guest safety and continuity of experience.
Where travel becomes impossible, clients will be offered a full credit toward a future safari, excluding non-refundable permits and third-party services.
