    Cancellation Policy

    At Eagle Soul Adventure, we understand that travel plans may change. The following terms apply to the 11-Day Gorilla & Chimpanzee Ultimate Trekking Safari in Rwanda & Uganda:

    1. Standard Cancellation Terms

    • More than 90 days before departure: Full refund minus a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total safari cost.
    • 89–60 days before departure: 50% of the total safari cost refundable.
    • 59–30 days before departure: 25% of the total safari cost refundable.
    • 29–15 days before departure: 10% of the total safari cost refundable.
    • Less than 14 days before departure: No refund; full safari cost is forfeited.

    2. Gorilla & Chimpanzee Permit Policy

    Gorilla and chimpanzee trekking permits are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable once issued by the Rwanda Development Board (RDB) or Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA).
    Permit costs are included in the safari price and will be deducted from any refundable amount if cancellation occurs.

    3. Flight, Charter & Third-Party Services

    Any domestic flights, charter services, or third-party suppliers included in the itinerary are subject to their individual cancellation policies.
    Refunds (if applicable) will depend on the provider’s terms and conditions.

    4. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Circumstances

    In cases of events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

    • Natural disasters
    • Political unrest
    • Government travel restrictions
    • Epidemics or pandemics
    • Extreme weather conditions

    Eagle Soul Adventure reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or reroute the safari in the best interest of guest safety. If cancellation is unavoidable due to such events, clients will receive full credit toward a future safari (excluding non-refundable permits and third-party services).

    5. Safari Modifications

    Requests to change travel dates, accommodations, or itinerary components must be submitted in writing.
    All changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. Modification fees may apply depending on timing and nature of the request.

    6. No-Show Policy

    Failure to arrive on the confirmed safari start date without prior written notice will be considered a no-show and will result in 100% forfeiture of the safari cost.
