Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with Eagle Soul Adventure, referred to here in as the Company. By confirming a booking, the client, referred to as you or the traveler, acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only once Eagle Soul Adventure has received the required deposit and issued written confirmation. Clients must provide accurate information, including full names as per passports, travel dates, and any special requests. Eagle Soul Adventure reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings if information is incomplete or inaccurate.

2. Payments
To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total tour cost is required. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to departure. Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment upon confirmation. Payments may be made via bank transfer, Wise, PayPal, or other methods agreed upon in writing.

3. Cancellation by the Client
We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to clients while protecting our commitments to local partners and service providers. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@eaglesouladventure.com.

  • Cancellations made 60 days or more before departure: 20% of total cost (deposit is non-refundable).

  • Cancellations made 45–59 days before departure: 30% of total cost.

  • Cancellations made 30–44 days before departure: 50% of total cost.

  • Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure: 75% of total cost.

  • Cancellations made 14 days or less before departure, including no-shows: 100% of total cost.

No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the itinerary once the tour has commenced.

4. Cancellation by Eagle Soul Adventure
In rare circumstances, such as force majeure, unsafe conditions, or insufficient bookings, Eagle Soul Adventure may need to cancel a tour. Clients will be notified as soon as possible and offered either a full refund of all payments made, excluding any non-refundable transaction fees, or alternative travel dates or itineraries where feasible. We are not liable for additional expenses incurred due to tour cancellations, including flights, visas, or travel insurance.

5. Changes to Bookings
Requests for changes to dates, accommodations, or itinerary are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Eagle Soul Adventure reserves the right to make reasonable modifications due to weather, park regulations, or safety concerns. Clients will be informed promptly and provided with suitable alternatives of equal value.

6. Travel Documents & Insurance
Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and other necessary travel documents. Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and evacuation is strongly recommended.

7. Responsibilities & Liability
Eagle Soul Adventure acts as an agent for hotels, lodges, transport companies, and other third-party service providers. We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party suppliers, strikes, political unrest, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. Clients must comply with local laws, park regulations, and instructions from guides and drivers at all times.

8. Wildlife & Safety
While every effort is made to provide exceptional wildlife experiences, sightings of the Big Five, gorillas, or migratory events cannot be guaranteed. Clients must follow all safety instructions from guides and drivers to minimize risks during wildlife encounters or outdoor activities.

9. Complaints
Complaints should be reported immediately to your guide or the Eagle Soul Adventure office for prompt resolution. Complaints submitted after the tour may be more difficult to address.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising from bookings with Eagle Soul Adventure will be subject to the jurisdiction of Tanzanian courts.
