Eagle Soul Adventure reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or reroute the safari to ensure guest safety. If cancellation is unavoidable due to such events, clients will receive a full credit toward a future safari (excluding third-party services).
Requests to change travel dates, accommodations, or itinerary components must be submitted in writing. All changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs depending on timing and nature of the request
Failure to arrive on the confirmed safari start date without prior written notice will be treated as a no-show and will result in 100% forfeiture of the safari cost.
