Gorilla and chimpanzee trekking permits are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable once issued by the Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA).
These permit costs are included in the safari price and will be deducted from any refundable amount in the event of cancellation.
All domestic flights, charter services, and third-party suppliers included in this cross-border fly-in safari are subject to their individual cancellation policies.
Refunds (if applicable) will depend on each provider’s terms and may be partially or fully non-refundable.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

If cancellation becomes unavoidable due to such events, clients will receive a full credit toward a future safari, excluding non-refundable permits and third-party services.
