Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, our team will be waiting to greet you. After assisting with luggage and a comfortable transfer, check into your lodge in Moshi. In the evening, meet your guides for a comprehensive climb briefing. They'll review your gear, explain the itinerary, and offer guidance to maximize your safety and success.

After an early breakfast, drive to Machame Gate where the adventure begins. The trail winds through dense rainforest filled with colobus monkeys, birdsong, and towering fig trees. The humidity and biodiversity create an energizing start to the trek. By afternoon, you’ll reach Machame Camp on a forested ridge, where tents are set and dinner is served hot.

This is an essential acclimatization day. You’ll climb gradually up to Lava Tower, a striking volcanic formation where you'll pause for lunch. Then descend into the scenic Barranco Valley, surrounded by towering cliffs and giant senecio trees. Though you end the day at a similar elevation, your body benefits from the high-altitude exposure.

Start the day with an exciting scramble up the Barranco Wall, a non-technical but steep ascent offering spectacular views. Descend briefly to Karanga Camp for lunch, then continue on a gentle uphill climb to Barafu Camp—your base for the summit push. Rest early and hydrate, as you’ll begin your final ascent just after midnight.

Wake at midnight and begin the most challenging and rewarding part of your climb. Trek slowly and steadily across the scree fields to Stella Point (5,756 m), then continue to Uhuru Peak, the summit of Kilimanjaro. Witness sunrise from the Roof of Africa—an emotional, once-in-a-lifetime experience.
After photos and celebration, descend carefully to Barafu for brunch, then continue down to Mweka Camp for a well-earned sleep.

At Eagle Soul Adventure, we understand that plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our clients while also ensuring the sustainability of our operations and commitments to local service providers.
1. Cancellation by the Client
If you wish to cancel your tour, written notification must be provided to Eagle Soul Adventure via email. The following cancellation charges will apply, calculated from the date the written notice is received:
60 days or more before departure: 20% of the total tour cost (deposit is non-refundable).
45–59 days before departure: 30% of the total tour cost.
30–44 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
15–29 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost.
14 days or less before departure: 100% of the total tour cost (no refund).
Please note that no refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused portions of the itinerary once the tour has commenced.
2. Cancellation by Eagle Soul Adventure
In rare circumstances where Eagle Soul Adventure must cancel a tour due to force majeure, unsafe conditions, or insufficient bookings, we will notify you as early as possible. You will have the choice to:
Receive a full refund of all payments made, excluding any non-refundable transaction fees
We are not liable for any additional expenses incurred due to tour cancellation, including but not limited to flight changes, visa fees, or travel insurance.
By joining a mountain tour with Eagle Soul Adventure, you acknowledge that trekking at high altitudes involves physical risk, including altitude sickness, injury, or extreme weather. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit and properly equipped.
You agree to follow your guide’s instructions and understand that itineraries may change due to weather, safety, or park regulations. Eagle Soul Adventure is not liable for accidents, illness, loss, or delays beyond our control.
Travel insurance is mandatory and must cover medical emergencies and evacuation.
By booking, you accept these terms and release Eagle Soul Adventure from liability related to mountain trekking risks.
