Day 1: Arrival in Arusha-The Journey Begins
Your adventure begins with a private pickup at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where you’ll be welcomed by our team with a traditional wrap and fresh drink. Transfer to your lodge of choice in Arusha to rest, refresh, and prepare.

Day 2: Arusha – Lemosho Gate (2385m) – Big Tree Camp (2780m)
After breakfast, drive to Lemosho Gate and begin your journey through ancient rainforest. Listen for colobus monkeys and breathe in the forest’s calm. A gentle first day, perfect for grounding your energy and connecting with the land.

Day 3: Big Tree Camp – Shira Camp 1 (3500m)
Today, you’ll ascend through moorland filled with unique high-altitude flora. The views open up, and by the time you reach Shira Camp, you’ll see Kibo Peak shining above the clouds — a powerful reminder of the summit ahead.

Day 4: Shira 1 – Shira 2 (3900m)
This is a day to breathe and acclimate. Walk across the scenic Shira Plateau, one of Kilimanjaro’s most beautiful landscapes. You’ll feel the spirit of the mountain come alive here. Expect a peaceful evening beneath the stars.

Day 5: Shira 2 – Lava Tower (4640m) – Barranco Camp (3960m)
Today you’ll reach Lava Tower, a striking volcanic formation, before descending into the lush valley of Barranco Camp. This "climb high, sleep low" day is ideal for altitude adjustment. Along the way, you'll witness surreal landscapes and spiritual stillness.

Day 6: Barranco – Karanga Camp (4035m)
Climb the iconic Barranco Wall the most exhilarating section of the trail. You’ll scramble, stretch, laugh, and support each other through every step. The view at the top is pure magic. Arrive at Karanga Camp in the afternoon and unwind with tea and sunset reflections.

Day 7: Karanga – Barafu Camp (4640m)
Make your way to Barafu Camp, your final base before summit night. The landscape is raw and awe-inspiring. After an early dinner, rest deeply. The summit awaits. Our team will guide you through a wellness prep ritual and affirmation circle.

Day 8: Barafu – Uhuru Peak (5895m) – Mweka Camp (3080m)
Summit Day Begin the final ascent at midnight under a blanket of stars. At Stella Point, take in the sunrise. Then, step onto the Roof of Africa at Uhuru Peak. Celebrate your courage, your strength, your journey. After photos and ceremony, descend to Mweka Camp.

Day 9: Mweka Camp – Mweka Gate – Arusha
Descend through rainforest to Mweka Gate, where your team will welcome you with a traditional farewell. Your driver awaits to take you back to Arusha for a post-climb celebration, rest, and reflection. Add-on spa or Zanzibar beach retreat available.

Cancelation Policy:
At Eagle Soul Adventure, we understand that plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our clients while also ensuring the sustainability of our operations and commitments to local service providers.
1. Cancellation by the Client
If you wish to cancel your tour, written notification must be provided to Eagle Soul Adventure via email. The following cancellation charges will apply, calculated from the date the written notice is received:
60 days or more before departure: 20% of the total tour cost (deposit is non-refundable).
45–59 days before departure: 30% of the total tour cost.
30–44 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
15–29 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost.
14 days or less before departure: 100% of the total tour cost (no refund).
Please note that no refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused portions of the itinerary once the tour has commenced.
2. Cancellation by Eagle Soul Adventure
In rare circumstances where Eagle Soul Adventure must cancel a tour due to force majeure, unsafe conditions, or insufficient bookings, we will notify you as early as possible. You will have the choice to:
Receive a full refund of all payments made, excluding any non-refundable transaction fees
We are not liable for any additional expenses incurred due to tour cancellation, including but not limited to flight changes, visa fees, or travel insurance.

By joining a mountain tour with Eagle Soul Adventure, you acknowledge that trekking at high altitudes involves physical risk, including altitude sickness, injury, or extreme weather. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit and properly equipped.
You agree to follow your guide’s instructions and understand that itineraries may change due to weather, safety, or park regulations. Eagle Soul Adventure is not liable for accidents, illness, loss, or delays beyond our control.
Travel insurance is mandatory and must cover medical emergencies and evacuation.
By booking, you accept these terms and release Eagle Soul Adventure from liability related to mountain trekking risks.
