For me, that moment happened at Serval Wildlife, where I stood face-to-face with Africa’s tallest beauty — the giraffe.
Her soft eyes met mine, and in that gaze, I felt both welcome and humbled. I reached out to feed her, my palm filled with her favorite treat, and as she leaned forward with that long, majestic neck, I could only think-this is the Queen of the Savannah.
