Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you are warmly welcomed by your Eagle Soul Adventure guide. After a short briefing, transfer to Mabamba Swamp, one of the best places in Africa to spot the rare shoebill stork.

At Eagle Soul Adventure, we understand that travel plans may change. The following cancellation terms apply to the 10-Day Uganda Primal Kingdom Safari:
More than 90 days before departure:
Full refund minus a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total safari cost.
89–60 days before departure:
50% of the total safari cost refundable.
59–30 days before departure:
25% of the total safari cost refundable.
29–15 days before departure:
10% of the total safari cost refundable.
Less than 14 days before departure:
No refund; full safari cost is forfeited.
Gorilla and chimpanzee trekking permits are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable once issued by the Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA).
Permit costs are included in the safari price and will be deducted from any refundable amount if cancellation occurs.
Any domestic flights, charter services, or third-party suppliers included in the itinerary are subject to their individual cancellation policies.
Refunds (if applicable) will depend on the provider’s terms and conditions.
In cases of events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Political unrest
Government travel restrictions
Epidemics or pandemics
Extreme weather conditions
Eagle Soul Adventure reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or reroute the safari for guest safety.
If cancellation becomes unavoidable due to such events, clients will receive a full credit toward a future safari (excluding non-refundable permits and third-party services).
Requests to change travel dates, accommodations, or itinerary components must be submitted in writing.
All changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
Modification fees may apply depending on the timing and nature of the request.
Failure to arrive on the confirmed safari start date without prior written notice will be considered a no-show and will result in 100% forfeiture of the safari cost.

At Eagle Soul Adventure, all safari experiences take place in natural environments where wildlife moves freely. Sightings of specific animals—including gorillas, chimpanzees, and Big Five species cannot be guaranteed, as wildlife behavior is unpredictable and influenced by natural conditions.
At Eagle Soul Adventure, guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to participate in safari activities. Gorilla and chimpanzee trekking involve hiking through forested and uneven terrain and require a reasonable level of fitness.
Guests must obtain all required vaccinations, visas, and travel documentation prior to arrival. Eagle Soul Adventure is not liable for denied entry, medical issues, or missed activities resulting from non-compliance.
At Eagle Soul Adventure, comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all guests and must cover medical emergencies, evacuation, trip interruption or cancellation, and personal belongings. Failure to obtain adequate insurance is at the guest’s own risk.
At Eagle Soul Adventure, we reserve the right to modify or adjust itineraries due to weather conditions, road accessibility, park regulations, conservation requirements, or safety considerations. Any changes will be made in the best interest of guest safety and safari quality.
At Eagle Soul Adventure, guests remain fully responsible for their personal belongings, including electronics, travel documents, and valuables. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage occurring during the safari.
At Eagle Soul Adventure, our liability is limited to services directly under our control. We are not responsible for injury, illness, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, unless proven negligence is established.
At Eagle Soul Adventure, photographs and videos taken during the safari may be used for promotional and marketing purposes unless a written objection is submitted prior to travel.
