At Eagle Soul Adventure, we are committed to providing a seamless, high-end safari and beach experience. The following cancellation policy applies to the 9-Day Classic Kenya Safari & Diani Beach Retreat:
More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus a non-refundable booking deposit of 20% of the total safari cost.
59–45 days before departure: 30% of the total safari cost refundable.
30–44 days before departure: 50% of the total safari cost refundable.
20–15 days before departure: 75% of the total safari cost refundable.
Less than 14 days before departure: No refund; full payment is required.
Any domestic flights, chartered transfers, or seaplane flights included in your safari package are subject to the airline’s or charter company’s cancellation policies. Refunds may vary depending on the provider’s terms.
In the event of natural disasters, political unrest, government restrictions, or extreme weather, Eagle Soul Adventure reserves the right to modify or reschedule the safari. If cancellation becomes necessary due to such circumstances, clients will receive full credit toward a future booking.
Requests to change dates, lodge selection, or itinerary are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. All modification requests must be submitted in writing.
Optional excursions, personal purchases, visas, and travel insurance premiums are non-refundable.

Kenya’s national parks are home to free-roaming wildlife, including elephants, lions, leopards, and other large animals. All safari activities carry inherent risks. Guests must follow the guidance of professional safari guides at all times.
Guests are responsible for obtaining valid visas, vaccinations, travel documents, and comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure.
Eagle Soul Adventure cannot be held liable for denied entry, missed flights, or medical issues arising from non-compliance.
Wildlife sightings, weather conditions, and sea conditions in Diani are unpredictable. While our guides and resort teams make every effort to provide excellent experiences, sightings and conditions cannot be guaranteed. Game drives, boat trips, or routes may be adjusted for safety or conservation reasons.
Guests are responsible for their personal items, valuables, and electronic devices. Travel insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellations, and personal property loss is strongly recommended.
Eagle Soul Adventure, its staff, agents, and affiliates are not liable for injury, illness, property loss, or other incidents occurring during the safari or beach retreat, unless caused by proven negligence.
Eagle Soul Adventure may capture photos or videos during your safari or beach experience for marketing and promotional purposes. Guests who do not wish to appear in media should notify us in writing prior to departure.
