After an early breakfast, your guide will escort you to the park headquarters for your gorilla trekking briefing. Volcanoes National Park offers one of the most profound wildlife experiences on the planet spending time with a habituated gorilla family in their natural habitat.
After your gorilla encounter, return to your lodge for a hot lunch, then proceed to visit the stunning Twin Lakes Bulera & Ruhondo. Standard Cancellation Charges
Up to 60 days before departure: Full refund minus a 20% administrative fee.
59 to 30 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost refunded.
29 days or less before departure: No refund (100% of trip cost is non‑refundable).
All refunds are processed in the original payment currency. Payment processing fees are non‑refundable.
Gorilla and Chimpanzee Trek Permits
Some activities, such as chimpanzee trek permits, are booked in advance and may be non‑refundable once issued. Permit cancellations may incur additional charges depending on park policies. Eagle Soul Adventure will always confirm permit terms at booking.
Refund Timing
Refunds are typically processed within 14–30 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Accommodation: Lodges are subject to availability. If a listed property is unavailable, we provide an equivalent or superior alternative.
Travel Requirements: Guests must have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and insurance. Eagle Soul Adventure is not responsible for denied entry or missed flights.
