Up to 60 days before departure: Full refund minus a 20% administrative fee.
59 to 30 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost refunded.
29 days or less before departure: No refund (100% of trip cost is non‑refundable).
All refunds are processed in the original payment currency. Payment processing fees are non‑refundable.
Gorilla and Chimpanzee Trek Permits
Some activities, such as chimpanzee trek permits, are booked in advance and may be non‑refundable once issued. Permit cancellations may incur additional charges depending on park policies. Eagle Soul Adventure will always confirm permit terms at booking.
