Disclaimer:
Joining a gorilla trekking experience in Uganda is a rare and deeply rewarding adventure—but it also involves physical effort and environmental unpredictability. By booking this tour with Eagle Soul Adventure, you understand and accept the following:
1.Gorilla trekking takes place in remote, mountainous forests where terrain can be steep, muddy, or slippery. The hikes can range from 2 to 8 hours depending on the location of the gorilla families. A reasonable level of fitness is required, and participants must be in good health.
2.While every effort is made to ensure your safety, there are inherent risks involved in trekking in wild, natural environments—such as rough terrain, weather changes, and encounters with wildlife. It’s important to be honest about your medical condition and carry any necessary medications.
3.You agree to follow all instructions from your guides and Uganda Wildlife Authority (UWA) rangers at all times. For the safety of both guests and gorillas, park regulations must be strictly observed. This includes maintaining a safe distance, wearing a mask when near gorillas, and staying with your group.
4.Nature is unpredictable, and so are gorillas. Sightings are highly likely but cannot be 100% guaranteed. Trekking routes and timings may change based on gorilla movement, weather conditions, or decisions by park authorities. Your itinerary may be adjusted accordingly.
5.By joining this tour, you acknowledge the potential risks involved and release Eagle Soul Adventure from liability related to unforeseen delays, illness, injury, or changes in conditions beyond our control.
