After breakfast, drive south toward Lake Manyara National Park, a lush and compact park beneath the Rift Valley escarpment. At Eagle Soul Adventure, we understand that plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our clients while also ensuring the sustainability of our operations and commitments to local service providers.
1. Cancellation by the Client
If you wish to cancel your tour, written notification must be provided to Eagle Soul Adventure via email. The following cancellation charges will apply, calculated from the date the written notice is received:
60 days or more before departure: 20% of the total tour cost (deposit is non-refundable).
45–59 days before departure: 30% of the total tour cost.
30–44 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
15–29 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost.
14 days or less before departure: 100% of the total tour cost (no refund).
Please note that no refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused portions of the itinerary once the tour has commenced.
2. Cancellation by Eagle Soul Adventure
In rare circumstances where Eagle Soul Adventure must cancel a tour due to force majeure, unsafe conditions, or insufficient bookings, we will notify you as early as possible. You will have the choice to:
Receive a full refund of all payments made, excluding any non-refundable transaction fees
We are not liable for any additional expenses incurred due to tour cancellation, including but not limited to flight changes, visa fees, or travel insurance.
