Booking and Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 70% must be paid at least 60 days prior to the tour start date. Bookings made within 60 days of departure require full payment at the time of reservation.
Cancellation Charges
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Charges are applied based on the timing of the cancellation:
More than 60 days before departure: 30% of the total tour cost (non-refundable deposit)
45–59 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost
30–44 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost
Less than 30 days before departure or no-show: 100% of the total tour cost
These policies reflect advance bookings for private flights, lodges, and curated experiences that require early confirmation.
Amendments and Date Changes
Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges if requested less than 45 days prior to departure. Only one date change is permitted per booking.
Refund Processing
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 21 business days after receipt of written cancellation notice, with bank transfer fees deducted where applicable.

Eagle Soul Adventure reserves the right to cancel a tour in case of unforeseen events, safety concerns, or government restrictions. Guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost. Eagle Soul Adventure is not responsible for additional expenses such as flights, visas, insurance, or personal costs.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that passports, visas, and vaccination certificates are valid. Eagle Soul Adventure is not liable for delays, denied entry, or other disruptions caused by incomplete or invalid travel documents.
ii.Health and Fitness
This itinerary includes walking, safari drives, and outdoor activities. Guests must be in reasonable health, disclose medical conditions in advance, and carry personal medications. Comprehensive travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended.
iii.Wildlife and Nature
Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed. Guides will make every effort to provide excellent viewing opportunities while respecting the natural behavior of animals.
iv.Weather and Seasonal Conditions
Outdoor experiences such as beach excursions, cultural visits, and guided walks are weather-dependent. Eagle Soul Adventure may adjust or relocate activities to ensure safety and comfort.
v.Personal Safety and Belongings
Guests are responsible for personal belongings, including valuables, cameras, and travel documents. Using lodge safes and carrying insurance for expensive items is strongly recommended.
vi.Use of Images and Filming
With permission, Eagle Soul Adventure may capture photographs or videos for promotional purposes. Guests may request privacy at the time of booking, especially VIPs or high-profile travelers.
vii.Force Majeure
Eagle Soul Adventure is not responsible for changes, delays, or cancellations due to natural disasters, political events, weather, flight disruptions, or actions of third-party service providers.
viii.Liability Limitation
Eagle Soul Adventure is not liable for loss of personal items, injuries due to guest negligence, illness during the trip, or delays caused by third-party operators such as airlines or lodges.
