1.Booking & Payment
At Eagle Soul Adventure, a 30% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due at least 60 days before departure. Bookings made within 60 days of departure must be paid in full.
2.Cancellation Policy
At Eagle Soul Adventure, cancellations incur fees as follows:
61+ days before departure: 10% of total cost
31–60 days before departure: 30% of total cost
15–30 days before departure: 50% of total cost
0–14 days before departure: 100% of total cost
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen events.
3.Travel Documentation

Some experiences, including balloon safaris, flights, or cultural visits, are operated by third-party providers. Eagle Soul Adventure is not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, or changes in services by these providers, though we assist guests to the best of our ability.
At Eagle Soul Adventure, guests are responsible for safeguarding personal belongings, including luggage, electronics, photography equipment, travel documents, and cash. We recommend travel insurance to cover loss, theft, or damage.
At Eagle Soul Adventure, participation requires adherence to all instructions from guides, park authorities, and staff. Failure to comply may result in removal from activities without refund.
Photography is encouraged. Guests retain ownership of their images however Eagle Soul Adventure may request permission to use photos for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes. Guests who do not wish to have their photos used may notify us in writing prior to the tour.
