At Eagle Soul Adventure, we are committed to delivering a seamless and refined luxury safari experience. The following cancellation policy applies to the 3-Day Masai Mara Signature Luxury Safari:
More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus a non-refundable booking deposit of 20% of the total safari cost.
59–45 days before departure: 30% of the total safari cost refundable.
30–44 days before departure: 50% of the total safari cost refundable.
20–15 days before departure: 75% of the total safari cost refundable.
Less than 14 days before departure: No refund; full payment is required.
Any scheduled flights, charter flights, or air transfers included in the safari package are subject to the operating airline’s or charter company’s cancellation policies. Refunds, if applicable, will be governed by their specific terms.
In the event of natural disasters, political instability, government restrictions, pandemics, or extreme weather conditions, Eagle Soul Adventure reserves the right to amend, postpone, or reschedule the safari. If cancellation becomes unavoidable, clients will receive full credit toward a future safari of equal value.
Requests for changes to travel dates, accommodation, flight options, or itinerary components are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. All modification requests must be submitted in writing.
Optional activities (e.g., balloon safari), personal purchases, visas, travel insurance premiums, and third-party services are non-refundable.

Masai Mara National Reserve is a natural wilderness with free-roaming wildlife, including large and potentially dangerous animals. All safari activities involve inherent risks. Guests must strictly follow the instructions of professional safari guides and lodge staff at all times.
Guests are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and comprehensive travel insurance prior to travel.
Eagle Soul Adventure is not liable for denied entry, missed connections, or medical issues arising from failure to meet travel or health requirements.
Wildlife sightings and weather conditions are unpredictable and cannot be guaranteed. Game drives, routes, or schedules may be adjusted for safety, conservation, or operational reasons without prior notice.
Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, and electronic equipment. Travel insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellation, and loss of personal property is strongly recommended.
Eagle Soul Adventure, including its directors, staff, agents, and affiliates, shall not be held liable for injury, illness, loss, damage, or delays occurring during the safari unless directly caused by proven negligence.
Photographs or videos captured during the safari may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by Eagle Soul Adventure unless a written objection is provided prior to departure.
