At Eagle Soul Adventure, we understand that plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our clients while also ensuring the sustainability of our operations and commitments to local service providers.
1. Cancellation by the Client
If you wish to cancel your tour, written notification must be provided to Eagle Soul Adventure via email. The following cancellation charges will apply, calculated from the date the written notice is received:
60 days or more before departure: 20% of the total tour cost (deposit is non-refundable).
45–59 days before departure: 30% of the total tour cost.
30–44 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
15–29 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost.
14 days or less before departure: 100% of the total tour cost (no refund).
Please note that no refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused portions of the itinerary once the tour has commenced.
2. Cancellation by Eagle Soul Adventure
In rare circumstances where Eagle Soul Adventure must cancel a tour due to force majeure, unsafe conditions, or insufficient bookings, we will notify you as early as possible. You will have the choice to:
Receive a full refund of all payments made, excluding any non-refundable transaction fees
We are not liable for any additional expenses incurred due to tour cancellation, including but not limited to flight changes, visa fees, or travel insurance.

While we plan carefully, changes to the itinerary may occur due to weather conditions, national park regulations, or logistical factors. Any adjustments will be made with your safety and overall experience as our top priority.
2. Wildlife Sightings Aren’t Guaranteed
Our guides are highly skilled at tracking and spotting animals. However, wildlife moves freely in its natural habitat, and specific sightings cannot be promised. Each safari offers a unique experience.
3. Lodging May Occasionally Change
We partner with premium, family-friendly accommodations. If any changes are necessary due to availability, we will provide a comparable or upgraded alternative that meets your comfort and quality expectations.
4. Travel with Respect
We kindly ask all guests to honor the local communities, cultures, and natural environments we visit. Respectful travel not only enriches your own experience but also contributes to the preservation of the places and people we cherish.
5. Photo & Media Consent
We occasionally capture photos and videos during our tours for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to appear in any media, please inform us in writing before your departure date.
