Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your Eagle Soul Adventure representative. Complete customs clearance, exchange currency, and transfer to your hotel for rest and relaxation. Your guide will provide a detailed briefing on the safari itinerary, ensuring you are fully prepared for the adventures ahead.

After breakfast, embark on a short Kigali city tour, visiting the Kigali Genocide Memorial and exploring Kimironko Market. Enjoy lunch in the city before driving northwest to Volcanoes National Park, home of mountain gorillas, golden monkeys, and the Virunga volcanic range.
Upon arrival, check into your lodge and relax before an optional late afternoon visit to the Twin Lakes of Burera and Ruhondo. Nestled between terraced hills, these pristine blue lakes offer dramatic views of the Virunga volcanoes, ideal for walking, birdwatching, and photography. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight relaxation.

After lunch at the lodge, enjoy a cultural visit to the Iby’iwacu village, the former Gorilla Guardians’ cultural center. Experience traditional music, storytelling, and interactive cultural activities, and even join in for dancing with local performers. Return to the lodge for dinner and evening relaxation.

Up to 60 days before departure: Full refund minus 20% administrative fee.
59–30 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost refunded.
29 days or less before departure: No refund (100% of trip cost is non-refundable).
Gorilla & Golden Monkey Trek Permits
Certain activities, such as gorilla or golden monkey permits, are booked in advance and may be non-refundable once issued. Permit cancellations may incur additional charges based on park regulations. Eagle Soul Adventure will always confirm terms at booking.
Refund Timing
Refunds are processed within 14–30 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Trip Interruptions or Changes
If you need to postpone or reschedule due to illness, travel restrictions, or personal reasons, notify us immediately. Eagle Soul Adventure will work with you to rebook your tour; fees may apply based on timing and availability.
