Since I was a young boy, I’ve always felt drawn to the eagle not just for its strength, but for its vision and grace. That spirit of freedom and purpose stayed with me, shaping how I see the world and how I move through it.

I was born and raised in Kilimanjaro, where life is deeply connected to the land, the stories, and the wild beauty of Tanzania. I later moved to Dar es Salaam to study Commerce in Tourism and Hospitality at the University of Dar es Salaam, with a dream to build something bigger than myself  a travel brand rooted in soul, truth, and purpose.

I’ve explored the wonders of Tanzania, from the plains of Serengeti NP, the ancient depths of Ngorongoro Crater, and the elephants of Ruaha NP, to the hidden corners of Mikumi NP and Lake Manyara NP. I’ve also experienced the energy and rhythm of Kenya, strengthening my connection with East Africa’s diverse landscapes and cultures.

As the CEO & Founder of Eagle Soul Adventure, I create more than just safaris. I design soulful, intentional journeys that allow people especially women and conscious travelers — to reconnect with nature, with Africa, and with themselves.

As Managing Director of Eagle Soul Adventure, I oversee operations, partnerships, and strategic growth across East Africa. I work closely with each department from sales and marketing to field logistics and guest services  to maintain the highest standards of quality, professionalism, and innovation in everything we do.

What inspires me most is watching our team bring travelers’ dreams to life while staying true to our roots: authenticity, care, and the soul of adventure.

I’m  Belinda Mlay, a graduate of the University of Dar es Salaam, where I earned my degree in Marketing. With a strong foundation in strategic marketing and brand development, I have a passion for connecting brands with their audiences in meaningful ways.

As the Women’s Tour Coordinator at Eagle Soul Adventure, I specialize in creating journeys crafted exclusively for women , whether they are traveling solo, in sisterhood, or seeking a soulful escape from their everyday roles. I understand the importance of comfort, safety, self-expression, and cultural depth in every itinerary we build.

I’m Amos Thomas Mshana, a passionate mountain guide and Trekking & Hiking Leader at Eagle Soul Adventure. For me, hiking is more than just movement , it’s a journey into nature, into silence, and into yourself.

Having led countless treks through the highlands of Kilimanjaro, the lush rainforests of Udzungwa, and the remote trails of Ngorongoro and Ruaha, I bring both experience and deep respect to every expedition. My goal is not only to ensure your safety and success on the trail, but to guide you through an experience that reconnects you with the land and your own spirit.
